What about using this free space like that? https://screenshot.intsel.de/YEu67zbR The red / yellow / green dots could be used for status purposes: “Green: I am ready … Red: to do…” and a kind of “Master selector” could hide all green cards respectively show all yellow / red cards in order to show the work, that has still to be done… In my opinion, that will make it much easier to see the current status.

Custom Instructions for Clients or Collections of Projects

There doesn’t seem to be an easy way to set custom instructions for groups of projects belonging to a client or a collection of projects using similar videos on related topics. Global instructions would affect all clients and setting custom instructions for an app or specific project wouldn’t seem to work either. I just joined today so please let me know if I’m missing a feature. Thanks!

Not sure if you can do this now, but it would be nice that once you create a card, you can apply it to other existing projects and new ones, even if they use a template. Sometimes you want to add extra cards.

Spell check in Transcript

It’s great that we can edit the transcript at the start of the process but no way to spell check and autocorrect within the initially produced transcript. Example I had a long form video over 2 hours. The company name was said over 700 times in the transcript. The transcript spelled the company name incorrectly. I can use a Ctrl+F within browser to manually find and manually correct but in this type of scenario it’s not realistic to do that over 700 times. If there was a way during this process or even after to find and replace all on a word within the script that would be great. I know most people just need the Speaker name changes which is awesome that’s available.

Give Template of Writer voice, style, and words to avoid

I want to go to the settings tab of Alphana and tell it to only write in this specific style, voice, and to ALWAYS avoid stupid AI terms like: unleash, unlock, harness, etc.. These words are a DEAD giveaway that AI wrote it. Give me something that makes sure in all the prompt outputs that these settings are met
